Cancellation, repayment
To guarantee any registration and/or accommodation the payment of full fee/stay is required. In case of any cancellation up to 01 April, 2025 the costs will be refunded less 30% for administration costs. After this date no any payment (registration, hotel accommodation) can be refunded under any circumstances.
